We collect the following types of information: • Account Information: name, phone number, email address, and city when you register. • Profile Information: for partners, we collect bio, years of experience, services offered, pricing, and languages spoken. • Booking Data: service requests, scheduled dates, job status, and payment amounts. • Device Information: device type, operating system, and push notification tokens for sending booking alerts. • Location: city-level location to match customers with nearby partners.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: • Create and manage your account. • Match customers with suitable partners based on service category and city. • Send push notifications about booking status updates. • Process and display booking history and earnings. • Improve and personalise the LabourLink experience. • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with: • Other Users: when a booking is made, the customer receives the assigned partner's name, phone, and rating, and the partner receives the customer's name and contact details. • Service Providers: Firebase (Google LLC) is used for authentication, database, and cloud functions. Their privacy policy applies to data stored in Firebase. • Legal Obligations: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account and booking data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Anonymised booking data may be retained for analytics purposes.
5. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS) and Firebase Security Rules to restrict data access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you. • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information via the Edit Profile option. • Request deletion of your account and personal data. • Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time through your device settings.
7. Children's Privacy
LabourLink is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use of LabourLink after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
